Service Cancellation Terms<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monthly Marketing &amp; Retainer Services:<\/strong> Clients may cancel ongoing monthly retainer services (SEO, Meta Ads management, maintenance) at any time by providing a <strong>30-day written notice<\/strong> via email to <strong>contact@business-clever.com<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom Web Development Projects:<\/strong> Once a project discovery and milestone agreement is initiated, project phases work on defined milestone sign-offs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Refund Guidelines<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Initial Discovery &amp; Setup Fees:<\/strong> Initial deposit fees cover upfront technical discovery, wireframing, architecture planning, and server provisioning. These fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milestone Payments:<\/strong> Once a milestone (e.g. Design Approval, Frontend Build, Custom Module Integration) is reviewed and approved by the client, funds allocated to that milestone are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unfulfilled Work:<\/strong> If Business Clever LLC fails to deliver agreed project scope without valid technical justification, a prorated refund for unstarted milestones will be issued directly to the client&#8217;s original payment method (Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4.
