Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Client Satisfaction & Service Commitment

Business Clever LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), registered at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is dedicated to delivering world-class digital engineering and marketing results.

2. Service Cancellation Terms

• Monthly Marketing & Retainer Services: Clients may cancel ongoing monthly retainer services (SEO, Meta Ads management, maintenance) at any time by providing a 30-day written notice via email to contact@business-clever.com.
• Custom Web Development Projects: Once a project discovery and milestone agreement is initiated, project phases work on defined milestone sign-offs.

3. Refund Guidelines

• Initial Discovery & Setup Fees: Initial deposit fees cover upfront technical discovery, wireframing, architecture planning, and server provisioning. These fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Milestone Payments: Once a milestone (e.g. Design Approval, Frontend Build, Custom Module Integration) is reviewed and approved by the client, funds allocated to that milestone are non-refundable.
• Unfulfilled Work: If Business Clever LLC fails to deliver agreed project scope without valid technical justification, a prorated refund for unstarted milestones will be issued directly to the client’s original payment method (Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment source and will appear on your card, PayPal account, or bank statement under Business Clever LLC.
